Please contact us before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or will be late. There is generally no cancellation penalty when you notify us before your appointment. Prior notice—even at the last minute—will not be counted as a No Show / No Call.

Arriving more than 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time without prior notice is considered a No Show / No Call.

For regular reservations:

• 1st occurrence: No penalty.
• 2nd occurrence: No penalty. We will let you know that another No Show / No Call will result in a six-month suspension of new reservations.
• 3rd occurrence: New reservations will not be accepted for six months from the date of the third occurrence.

For Holiday Period reservations:

• 1st occurrence: No penalty.
• 2nd occurrence: No penalty. Future Holiday Period reservations will require an advance deposit equal to three days of the applicable Boarding fee.
• If a future Holiday Period reservation requiring that deposit results in another No Show / No Call, the deposit will not be refunded.
