Cancellation & No-Show Policy

1. Non-Holiday Period Cancellations

• Cancellations made outside of designated holiday periods are not subject to a cancellation fee.
• However, clients who incur three (3) “No-Show / No-Call” incidents will have future booking privileges suspended for a period of three (3) months.

2. Holiday Period Cancellations

• For designated holiday periods (including but not limited to Spring Break, Golden Week, Obon, and year-end holidays):
• Cancellations made within three (3) days prior to the scheduled check-in date will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) nights of boarding.

No-Show / No-Call Policy

A “No-Show / No-Call” is defined as arrival more than thirty (30) minutes past the scheduled check-in time without prior notice.

In such cases:

• The reserved boarding slot will be released and may not be reinstated.
• The client will forfeit the reservation for that period.
• No monetary penalty will be charged; however, the booking privilege may be restricted for three (3) months after three occurrences.

PAWre’s Wish reserves the right to adjust designated holiday periods and policy terms with prior notice.
